Ben is a physiotherapist with a Doctor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne, along with degrees in Biomedical Sciences and Commerce (Economics). He has a strong interest in osteoarthritis management, post-surgical recovery, neck and back pain, sporting injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions.
Ben is involved in world-leading osteoarthritis research with the University of Melbourne’s Centre for Health, Exercise and Sports Medicine. He has also contributed to research on prehabilitation for cancer and complex surgery patients. As a certified Australian Strength and Conditioning Association coach, Ben combines strength training with hands-on manual therapy to provide targeted, effective care. His holistic approach ensures personalised exercise plans and manual therapy that help relieve pain, improve mobility, and enhance recovery.
Ben works with football teams and running clubs, focusing on injury prevention and performance enhancement. His patient-centred approach ensures that each individual receives tailored care to achieve lasting improvements.
Outside of work, he enjoys strength training, running, playing the violin in orchestras, volunteering with the State Emergency Service, and immersing himself in classical music and the opera. As an avid sports fan, Ben follows all sports and loves discussing the latest games.
