Staci is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who believes in a holistic approach in the treatment of her clients. By assessing physical, mental and lifestyle factors that influence health, Staci uses strength and rehabilitation techniques to help clients achieve their goals. She has an interest in treating cardiovascular and metabolic conditions, women’s health, musculoskeletal rehabilitation and helping people return to sport and work. Staci believes in an individual approach in prescribing exercises and loves to see her clients achieve their goals.
Staci has completed a Masters of Clinical Exercise Science and Rehabilitation from Victoria University, and a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science from Deakin University, holding dual accreditations of Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) and Accredited Exercise Science (AES); and, she is a member of Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSAM).
Outside of work, Staci enjoys playing netball, going to the gym, exploring the outdoors with her dogs and spending time with friends and family. She looks forward to more travelling and exploring the world.
