Senior Physiotherapist
Lee Kelemen is a senior physiotherapist and one of the directors of First Choice Health who graduated from La Trobe University with an honours degree in Physiotherapy. Lee has extensive experience in treating sporting injuries, including fracture and post-operative patients.
Ross de Valle
Senior Physiotherapist
Ross de Valle joined First Choice Health Physiotherapy in 2016 and has over 20 years’ experience as a Physiotherapist. Ross has a special interest in lower back pain, which continues to be a focus of his clinical practice, as well as in running-related injuries, having worked with local and elite-level sporting clubs.
Hoda Alirezaee
Senior Physiotherapist
Hoda has over 15 years of clinical experience. Her professional interests lie in the treatment of headaches and migraines. She is also passionate about the diagnosis and treatment of other musculoskeletal conditions, in particular those involving the spine, for which she is skilled in a range of manual therapy techniques.
YiXiang (Chen) Chen
Physiotherapist
Chen completed his physiotherapy training at University of Otago in New Zealand in 2006. For over 10 years, Chen has been working in private practice treating various musculoskeletal injuries, work or accident related injuries, sports injuries, and managing pre- and post-operative patients.
Michael Iudica
Physiotherapist
Michael joined First Choice Health in 2022, and has an interest in the assessment and management of the spine and sporting related injuries. Michael uses a combination of exercise therapy and manual techniques (like joint mobilisation or soft tissue massage) to help a patient reach their goals.
Matthew Lambe
Exercise Physiologist
Matthew is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who has an expert understanding on the use of exercise prescription for people with chronic health conditions as well as injury rehabilitation and disease prevention. Matt has specialised with cardiovascular, neurological, musculoskeletal and cancer pathologies.
Community Involvement
We are proud to be key members of the local community and provide post operative physiotherapy services to the Waverley Private Hospital for numerous surgeons as well as sponsoring and providing sports physiotherapy, injury screening sessions and injury rehabilitation to local sports clubs such as the Monash Roaders Cricket Club. In addition to this, we also provide regular information and injury screening sessions at Fit N Fast – Forest Hill club to ensure gym members stay on their path to great health.
